Registration

  • Cost: $50 one-time fee per family
  • Purpose: Covers administrative costs and initial setup
  • Features: A one-time fee that applies regardless of the number of children enrolled, making it fair and straightforward.

Sibling Discount

  • Two Children: Follows the selected plan (weekly, monthly, or semester)
  • Additional Siblings(3 or more): 10% discount on the selected plan for each additional child
  • Features: Encourages families with multiple children to enroll, making it more affordable for them.

Prorated Fees for Absences Due to Sickness

We understand that circumstances such as illness can sometimes prevent children from attending their scheduled tutoring sessions. To accommodate this, we are pleased to offer a prorated fee adjustment for any child who is absent due to sickness, provided that a doctor’s note is submitted.

Here’s how it works:

  • Eligibility: The child must be enrolled in Plan 1 of our tutoring program.
  • Documentation: A valid doctor’s note must be provided to qualify for the prorated fee.
  • Adjustment: The fee adjustment will be calculated based on the number of missed sessions due to illness.

This policy is designed to ensure that you receive fair value for the tutoring services while also acknowledging the unpredictable nature of health-related absences.
